ANOTHER SLACK DAY.

haa. been slacking all the while! eh, not exactly.. have been doing lots of my own stuff these few days. haha, everyone says im paid to slack & walk around! today ends the second week of my work! all i did in office was to learn how to look at the computer system, read through some reports, walk around the building, type ONE document, read up the handbook. i did this IN TWO WEEKS. other than that, i can blog-surf, go msn, watch videos, read books, prepare teachings, do QT, do missions fundraising planning etc.. Not that i dun wan to work k, just that there's simply NOTHING for me to do.. i even asked my trainer.. but nth to do la! seriously!! hahaha.. at least i can escort the contractor to walk ard the building later.. ahha, that should be all! (:

oh, and my people are super nice! they came down to have lunch with me!!! the jurong guys & westwood ppl.. YAY, you rock! haha, im meeting crystal, sihui, jarren later! (:

anyway, i did a personality test yesterday.. i-personate or sth. cant rmb.. its quite accurate eh! haha, even for dajie & wendy.. dajie has the same one as ting! so scary can, haha. tats like totally the opposite of me. wendy is the sensitive doer; the FRIENDLIEST OF ALL PERSONALITY TYPES. hahaha! im the laid-back doer, so cool can. i didnt know there was such a type. i didnt know phelgmatic people can be doers.. i just thought i was a bit less phelg than real phelg people.. haha.

anyway, wow! we had a convert yesterday!! like finally!! i was asking God, how come we haven't been seeing weekday converts for so long?!!! oh, she's chengzhen's classmate.. i ate buffet with her before lar.. haha.

GOD! WE STILL NEED 16 MORE CONVERTS!!!! pour in huayi, westwood & fuhua!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it's fabulous tuesday!

guess i'll be posting more frequently in the days to come! haha.. funny stuff. my trainer's on half day leave today and whole day leave on thurs. So i tink i'll be reading up more books, surfing net to read up news articles etc! haha, i read up many stuffs yesterday on the web... read up about nutrition, metabolism, F1 etc.. that's so rare! but cos i dun have newspaper.. haha..

I think this is a great place for me to grow! YAY! (:

oh, anyway. mirrors is freaky! i felt like i just fought in a war when i came out of the cinema.. emotional trauma!! but no after effects at all.. cos the show was way too gross!

many many movies i wanna catch!

HOHOHO. im finally updating!

cos im slacking in the office right now. its my first day of work! not that i wana slack, there's really NOTHING to do!!

i sat down in the office at 830am, waiting for my trainer to come. and guess what? He reached 2 hours later! haha. thank God i happened to buy a magazine before i came! So i spent the 2 hours writing the mag, reading through some news articles on the net and i think i dozed off for a little while.. too bored!

ever thou my trainer came, i still had nth to do!! so i read my book and observe wad he was doing..

The only 2 things that i did the whole day was to follow 2 colleagues to walk around around the building to observe.. and read up the management report..

the funny thing was that my trainer left at 4.30pm! so i've been reading the reports and surfing the net till now.. 10 more minutes and im off for a movie with regina! YAYNESS.

I THINK IM REALLY BLESSED!
God really dotes on me! He blessed me with a job that's even better than wad i prayed for. I prayed for a job that the location is not too far frm my house (YAY. its quite near & God blessed me a job at my ministry place!), a pay that's not too low (the company gave me wad i asked for & even topped up with HP allowance), 5day week (the webby stated 5 1/4 day but it's actually 5days!). Not just that, i dun have to be in office attire! can like wear tshirt & jeans.. THANK GOD! haha, i hate office wear seriously! esp wearing heels, pain! not just that, im supposed to work till 6pm but trainer says i can leave at 545pm.. (:

God is faithful! (:

I really pray that I will grow in this place! Im really thankful for the teachings in the services these few days. They really helped me lots! cos one thing i kept reminding myself; Col 3:23-24 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for man!

I also set my objectives for working and I pray that I'll grow lots more & make an impact in this place!

I'm back!

Back from 8 days of missions trip to Malaysia.It has been really awesome and exciting. Learnt loadds and had great fun!! shall upload pics soon! (:

Here's my team!! Wonderful and fun people to hang out with! (:

Went 3 Hope churches; Serdang, PJ and Mentakup. (:

The people there have such a wonderful spirit! We all ought to learn from them man!

Our first stop was Hope Serdang. The Youth leader is Yen Mei (she's coming for our youth camp) and she has such a good heart!! Transportation is a great prob in malaysia so the leaders have to drive the youths and visitors from their homes to church and send them back. A car can't contain that many people too, so they may have to travel several trips to fetch their people. The distance's quite far also. They may have to drive for like 30mins to send one person home!Man, how many of us are willing to do that(that is if we can drive)?

we visited a mosque! all ladies have to wear this pink robe. so HOT can!

but how come there's this guy in the middle? HAHA.

The outreach momentum there is wow. Everyone is like, oh man! Singaporeans are so pathetic! I'm so pathetic!! haha!! A mere bookfest can even attract visitors?

There was a guy who directs the skits for ESS etc. We watched 2 video clips. so cool. All of us were like 'kop, kop' after watching them! haha!! cos they're good eh, seriously! The plot and acting are so natural. Got to know a girl called shannen. she can draw, paint, play guitar etc. i tink she can act as well, if i dun rmb wrongly. i felt a tugging in my heart and even prayed for her! i believe God can use her greatly in her giftings, talents and abilities! (:

Caryn hosted us in Mentakup. She's a powerful lady! She was the pioneer of the church, and she has 2 amazingly ADORABLE kids!! the powerful Cs in the family. Claudia is 5 and Cynthia's 1 year old!! ohoh, Claudia's on my hp wallpaper! (:

I actually asked Caryn if i can bring them home!! haha, she allow me to kidnap them home for a week!! man, they are so cute! Claudia said I'm 6 years old! haha. and she was so sad that we're leaving on the last night. She didnt want to come near to us and had such a sad face. Cute!! and she's so pretty! A clever girl too! She knows how to operate my camera eh! She took lots of pics and even videos! (:

Their minsitry house rocks! gosh, its so nice and comfy. and so cool, they decorate the rooms for kids so nicely! and this is cool!!

the hope PJ adults went over to Hope Mendakup for missions trip also!! for like 2 days 1 night to learn and help them in service the next day. so cool!! like an exchange.

gosh. i felt so ashamed when I saw them doing things.
they had such a great sense of excellence!! they practised praise and worship for like 2 hours? i also chatted with a lady who just converted at the start of the year.. She practised her testimony-sharing for like more than an hour? wow! amazing eh! a lot of times, we may feel thta what we're doing is so insignificant! testimony only! like just 3 mins? but then, i saw how she practised.. she tried to memorised the script fully, shared with such sincere feelings and joyfulness.
man, i felt so ashamed.
really ought to give my best in serving! (:

I realised I'm really a relational pathway person.
Many things just sink into my head while listening to people's conversations. On the last night, i was chatting with the girls. At like 4plus in the morning, God spoke to me. I was so touched and was in daze for a while when I was reminded that everything happens for a reason! I belive that this year is not gonna just pass just like that. There are things that I have learnt, areas that I've grown and still, many things in store for me. (:
This made me so relieved and at ease. Thank you God.

HAHA! yes! im so convicted about churchplanting now! I remember dajie once told me she had a vision of seeing my whole family go churchplanting! how cool is that! I will cling on to this vision and see it come to pass! (:
i was thinking it thru.. and i realised that its so cool! so many people around me are into missions! people like ting, eelee, christine, my dajie etc! (:
how come i didnt realise that? So God was already planting a seed in me regarding missions so long ago?

oh yes! was talking to gwenie yesterday. im gonna suggest a west missions trip this dec!!! yay!! wah, i seriously love missions trip eh. exciting and fun!! so many stuff to learn!! (:

people have different concerns and perspectives over different issues.

how do we balance them?

im not emoing.
just my train of thoughts. but its not so long either.

we're all sensitive beings.

why was i so burdened to the point that i can't sleep?
why did i even bother to pray about it?

come to think of it, its so different now but i'll rather have it this way.
at least i wont accumulate it into the size of a snowball and let myself die.

why cant i express my feelings? everyone plays a part.
i may be biased. tell me please.
but im trying my best thats why i tried to think objectively! i dun wan to be biased.

WEST D HAS 4 CONVERTS yesterday!!
im really VERY VERY HAPPY,ELATED, DELIGHTED, JOYFUL, GRATEFUL, JOVIAL!

its been so long since we reaped a bigger harvest! thinking back, we didnt reap at all during xmas last year. Nor did we reap much all these while for the past few months and last week's ess. there was only like 1 convert each time..

im really very amazed by the working of God in WEST D!!

WEST D IS BACK IN ACTION!! the glory of God will be greater than ever!! =)

i really thought my unit's going to 'KUA' soon! but i was still positive about growth of course! haha. but i didnt really expect it to be a bit faster like God blessing me with converts now.. haha. i dun really know what i was thinking.. but i prayed for the visitors to convert.. eh, weird heh?

haha. some testimonies to share!!!

1. my contacts called me on fri night to ask if they could come for yesterday's service! haha.. and really thankful!! and they converted!!

2. FUHUA SEC IS REVIVING!! haha.. thank God for sharon! we had 2 converts frm these 2 wks of ess! and one of them is really sensible! thank God!!

3. someone frm JC group actually has a YUHUA SEC 1 convert and she's bringing her next wk.. NOT JUST THAT, she say the convert will be bringing her frens and she's got a HUAYI SEC contact coming for svc too!!!

4. im very proud of those in west D who worked really hard!! special mentions: my beloved CLs boonie and a na! huaiqian, sihui, eugene, sharon etc!!

it's been 2 months since i last blogged!

am having exams this week.. 2 more papers to go! i'm really tired due to only 4 hours sleep but i just wanna spend time alone resting. it really feels good to slack! to be able to just sit down, relax, surf net aimlessly, watch some variety shows/drama serials and listen to some music.. ahh. perfect! thank God for sabbath!

as usual, dajie came back with some words of relevation!

she heard a testimony about the conversion of a pastor's mum. The mum was a devout believer in the gods. everyday, the pastor would read bible verses aloud in the house to bind the demons and evil spirits in the idol altars at home. As ime passes, his mum doesnt feel that her gods are with her. She went to the medium to ask the spirits what happened. The medium said that the demons were tortured everyday by the bible verses read by her son and requested her to move the altars to the temple. Her mum did so, and came to know God.

With the son's persistence and constant prayers against spiritual attack, his mum was saved!

isn't this cool? my sis said that you dont really have to read to the altars, but say ' I bind you in the name of Jesus!' Bind them!!!

haha. and so, we came up with a schedule! each of us will read out 2 days, and we'll all read together during our sunday prayermeet at home!

truthfully, i really really respect my dajie! she's the one who created the spiritual atmosphere at home even though all 3 of us are serving as leaders. She set a very great example for wendy and me, taught and inspired us in our growth, learnings, advised and taught us many things. im sure wendy can identify.

and meimei!! you are my best sister! someone i can talk to about anything under the sun, my deepest secrets, struggles, problems.. and we never get sick of each other(unless we quarrel)!you are my best friend too! haha of course, u even ate my 'pi-sai' before! wahaha! i love you!!

thank you God for my loving parents. though they do scold me, nag me, shout at me, i know they love us a lot. always giving sacrificially, caring for us, they gave their best for us. mama always cook and eat realy little so as to leave the best for us. hais, and my mum realised that im broke and gave me 50bucks again today!!! ): papa work so hard and always bring us out for meals together as a whole family. merci God!

Am really touched by their acts of love n ‘JIAYOUs’ for my common tests during camp. *Special thanks to dewen, my goody frens - ting n chris, my beloved unit, meimei, guni and qj! Haha!

I’m super RELIEVED tat my TESTS ARE OVER!!!!!!!!! HALLELUJAH! THANK YOU JESUS! Yay, I don’t need to study anymore!! at least for these 2 months.. GOD IS GOOD! Haha.. but 5 projects are waiting for me now..haha! Nvm I’ll rather do projects than to study! Ahaha…
God, im really grateful for the change in my people. Am really very glad to see all of them respond.. and many people are growing!! Yay!!

Oh my. I got to know weikoon so much more and im super stunned! Bcos I realized he’s such a kingdom-minded person! And my heart nearly melted while chatting with him… (no, it doesnt sound wrong! haha) woo~ so cool can! ask me more! haha

Today, kaien smsed all of us to encourage us for evax cos he cant join us but he’ll keep us in prayer! And he even called me to ask if there’s anything I need help in.. hehe. Thanks! Appreciate your thoughts! =)

AHH! We had 4 converts today when we went to share Christ! So cool arh! Haha.. I was smiling from cheek to cheek throughout. (except the time tat sihui n me fell asleep in the library, haha.) cos I saw how the people worked and did their best! Hee!

- for her initiative to draw out the sch uniforms of the 4 schs tat we're aiming for CG08 so that her ppl will know who to target, and for her initiative to rally her group mbrs down to each sch to evax!! and courageously do evax alone and breaking her goal of 25 to get her personal 27 contacts!

yongchee
- for being so excited to outreach tat he did evax in sch and got 10 contacts in just a day! and so passionately made invitation cards to invite his frens for service!

Zhenyi
- for chionging down after sch to evax tgt though she has exam (major paper) the next few days.. and doing evax in sch herself to hit her goal!

I think the most pitiful person is God leh.. He really pours out His love to us but most of the time he only receives crap from us. cos of the 3 alphabets. Mr S, Miss I and Mdm N.

God, thank you for your grace in my life and sustaining me thorughout these years. wow, im seriously looking forward to dec camp when I'll get back the letter that I wrote to God. i have seriously no idea wad i wrote.. hmm.. but think my heart will melt when i read it.. cos its being an amazing 2 years journey with the Lord..

God i pray for all the happenings. that you will lead us through everything. whether its good or bad, that you will be our source of strength.

just 2 days ago, when i heard that one of the nbs have parental objection, i got quite disheartened. my first reaction was to sigh, and my.. so sian..
but come to think of it, why am i feeling this way?
where's my faith?!! what's my faith based on?

so after the sermon on saturday abt faith, im really glad i've applied!! amen! i've got to be positive and expect God to move!

haha and yes! christine and me applied the teaching at youth clm too!! abt maximising personal performance by keeping body fit etc.. haha..
we went jogging 2.4km at the park near my house on monday! haha.. thank God for christine! she lives at toa payoh eh. haha. alright!

and we made a pact at the big round stone tablet in the park. haha. to go jogging together every monday after 7pm! and it's a priority as well.
how can we not have victory over our physical body? so, jogging = serving God!

yup and ting will be joining us soon!! yay! then ting and chris will be my shopping, drama serials, kbox and jogging kakis!!! so nice arh. haha.

today's like thanksgiving day. at least for me. yeah!

learnt lots at ulm.. interesting teaching! about the pathways that we can connect to God. mine are relational and serving pathways. i'll die if i dun talk!! haha. im not that sanguine as others but i have to talk to someone, a real human being. actually im really talkative at home.. i'll always talk to wendy! she can testify. haha. =)

went for lunch after that at city hall. had a "short" meeting at esplanade.. discussed about group and stuff. i really enjoy the fellowship with sdmm!! =)

ahh. here's my precious post again! (once a month)

did some evaluation just now. indeed, im clearly of what im doing now.
just wanted to keep this as a reminder and make you think..

my motivations in serving God:

1. cos i came to noe God at a young age, seeing how teens live their messy lives now, i thank God tat i came to know him at a younger age. so i wana lead those young ones to hav right foundation in their youth to set their paths right for their future.

2. i can't wait to see how God is going to use me to lead my group to greater glory. i wanna see a revival in the land of Jurong West! thats what God convicted me of. In camp, I stared at the CG08 map and made a pact with God, that hand in hand, God and me will claim the land of Jurong West together. For now, that's the promised land.

3. i am very curious abt how God is going to use me. I want to know God's plan for me. I know he loves me and have the best plans for me. I know i have lots of weaknesses and there are tons of things that i duno and have to improve. However, i know God can still use me and he is going to use me to do something great. I want to see how i can contribute to God's kingdom. So, i choose to serve. Cos i love God, God loves me and i want to see how he's gonna use me greatly.

that's my conviction. what's yours? =)

wow. amazing. I'M BACK!!!!! im sitting in front the com and blogging now! blogging has been on my agenda for the past few weeks. but due to procrastination and lack of time.. you see..

alrite! so, im blogging with a purpose!

firstly, to celebrate west D breaking their service goal of 20 TWICE!

and westwood sec has 7 ppl now!!!!!! since camp, they've grown frm 2 to 7!! really amazing testimony.. so God can work even more powerfully in fuhua, jurong and in every school and everywhere.

guess tat many are interested to know how they did it... for regina, she really put in her best effort and hard work to lead this group to see this happen.

she responded in camp, had a vision for the school and God blessed them with two very responsive and good-hearted nbs..

sihui, trisha, yongqi and regh are very excited for the school! they met up frequently to pray, they even fasted. (yongqi and sihui are only 2 months old believers now!!)

so they discussed abt how to win people and they came up with a great idea of outreach via human chains.. she is very very initiative! regh came up with this without me asking her! i love this kind of spirit! tats what makes a great leader as well!)
meaning they spotted cliques to win over, spotted the leader of the clique and den sow on that person. indeed, God blessed them with zhenyi! (the leader of the first clique they spotted) bcos of zhenyi, 4 visitors turned up last wk cos they saw how her life changed and 2 guys converted!

(she is very very initiative! regh came up with this without me asking her! i love this kind of spirit! cos tats what makes a leader more than just a leader..) recently, i've read a chapter in a book abt a leader's prayer. the author was praying prayers tat leaders shld pray, so it was like 'God, make me like this bible character' etc.

i prayed 2 prayers.
God, make me like Peter.
To many of us, Peter is very rash and doesnt think before he act. or even someone who doesnt mean wad he says. however, isnt he the only one to respond when jesus asked the disciples who He is ? isnt he the only one who had faith to walk on water when God called the twelve? At least Peter tried. at lease his heart was soft before God. So God, give me tat willingness to take initiative.

God, make me like Joseph.
Joseph was such a biblical man of God. He was handsome, had great power, wealth and could afford many things. Temptations were everywhere, however, he chose to keep his life pure. He remained unstained to the end. wow. That total devotion to God.

yay praise God! its been hard work but really exciting and enjoyable!!

oh my. camp's coming! its just 5 days away!!!

im getting excited about it!

many things to do.. got to pray through and finalise my planning, prepare camp workshop (my first time teaching n im really excited abt it!), do media thingy for GAP stuff, learn the parts for the praise and worship songs and memorise lyrics for 12 songs! haha.. so happening!!

am looking forward to many other things as well. will be meeting gwen on friday for our first shepherding and there's sdmm stayover this sat! going to sss this sunday too!! wow. haha. happening!

camp's coming!! haven packed my stuff yet. didnt even plan wad i should bring. i used to pack my stuff 2 months before camp okay! so now's such a great change.. not cos i'm not excited anymore.. its just tat i've got work everyday, so how can i pack all my clothes now?!

overall, i just feel .. hip! ahha. duno how to describe but im really looking forward to camp! i love church camps! this is gonna be my 15th youth camp and i'm still so excited abt it! to all of you who haven signed up for camp, i urge to sign up NOW!! oh my, how can you miss it man. its gonna be such a waste! =)

thank God! my nice voice is back! speedy recovery! haha. no more sexy voice due to throat infection.. thank God tat i guai guai eat medicine.. haha. think i can sing now!!

gonna prep my heart well for God to speak to me and through me in camp..

a sudden thought; dajie's going for her adults camp and off to missions trip in cambodia for a month real soon! her next step's churchplanting too. so the next time i'll be sending my own sister off in changi airport!

wow. man, im inspired by her and eelee.. 2 ppl who obeyed God's calling and really know what they wanna contribute and do in the kingdom of God. i really wana noe how God is going to us me as well!

i'm gonna do my best for my ppl and for God too. camp shall be the start of breakthroughs in West D!!!!!!! i must do something!!!!!

thanks everyone for working hard last week! we got 56 contacts as whole unit! seeing how the people persevered and trusted during evax on friday, my heart literally melted. am realy thankful for God's conviction in their hearts. i was looking around for them, seeing if anyone needs help.. and there i saw every single pair chatting with their contacts. wow. was i amazed! so cool lar. was so touched and overjoyed at the point of time. can't stop smiling when i look at them..

i've asked for their help and they know that they'll have to contribute much cos i cant be there on the ground with the ppl at unit meetups or visit cgs cos my work ends late.. but i really thank God for their initiative to update me about their cg etc. i thank God for their faithfulness. it really made me feel so at ease that they will take good care and ownership of their own groups. very sure that this time we'll grow big time and break this jw ground tgt!

so i've got myself 2 notebooks! one is for my daily learnings; cos i've placed reading articles in the com to learn from.. read "God's antidote to busyness" and "How to hear God speak" today.. yup. its great, learnt a lot. got them from pastors.com.

the other notebook's for my prayers.. let it sink into ur heart and mind that there's a need to talk to God daily!

we went for zhi cha at boon lay.. it was indeed a heartwarming meal as yongmei described of zhi cha.. i thought it was memorable.. at least for me. haha.

enjoyed the time spent waiting, ordering food, eating and crapping. in fact, we ate quite fast. haha. well, thought that it was a wonderful experience! we'll keep the fellowship there! will meet up this team again for future bday celebrations and kbox or movies! hehe. =)

wow. today's the end of my first week's attachment!

let me warn you, the post will be long! im going to be detailed cos i wana look back at it in the future to rmb God's goodness and grace! (God's grace, not grace lee. wahhaa.) =)

this week's really tiring. not used to waking up early everyday. really feel like sleeping for one whole day..

but well, i do feel that im super blessed by God. i cant help but smile whenever i think of all the blessings and answered prayers.

it's been a quite long way.. not very short either. its quite amazing how i managed to get into it even though there was some miscom within the lecturers.. which lasted for about a month and just 2 weeks before exam, companies suddenly offered positions for attachment and we have to start week in 3 weeks time.

talked to dajie a few months ago regarding attachment, i remembered praying to God for me to be attached to a good company (govt company is quite good yeah!), direct transport frm home and for ministry (direct train and im always blessed with a seat everyday!!) and good AND young colleagues below 25 yrs old for me to work on. guess what! i've 4 colleagues to work on! and my closest colleague that i work with is my senior! one yr older, also frm NP. and 2 very friendly and helpful ones are also my seniors!

thought im the only one to go into gst division, however, there's 5 permanent staff! which are those im working on. so im not the only new one there. wont feel so scared.. =)

every new staff is given a buddy to guide them. however, i sort of have 2! i'll be taking over someone's job so he coaches me really well. my buddy even asked him to screenshot the stuff for me and do up a list especially for me so that i can cope with my stuff. so nice right!! my colleague doesnt even have...

my lecturer in sch mentioned that if we're lucky, we'll get into fun departments whereby there may be parties etc.. and my division lao yu sheng today! it was quite fun. though im only a temp staff, they treated us really well and took good care of us. realised that my division celebrates staff birthdays! every month they'll buy birthday cakes and sing bday songs. so cool yea. (that means i'll be able to eat a cake every month! fattening! ahha. )

was having loads of stayovers or tonning (that's wad they call it) for the past 2 weeks.

im trying to enjoy all the fun in world that i can cos my attachment's gonna start real soon. i've been psychoing loads of people to play with me. haha.

tonning was fun. wad i can recall is joyce staying over at my place, ting n me at joyce's, joyce n me at ting's, me at ting's again and a night when aaron, eugene, wendy, jingmei, yongmei, joyce and ting hung out tgt at cck park the whole night cos i psycho-ed them. wahaha.

wow. thats a lot. haha.

and my mum's cool. she didnt scold much. i guessed only once. in fact, she knows i wont have time to play cos starting work soon. nice yeah. ahha.

yes! so my playing shall continue on for the next 3 days.. got a date with my buddies tmr! cool. i've asked my beloved sheep to play after meeting too. play pool? suaku me. i haven tried it. except for the mini scaled one in primary sch. the ball is like the size of a peanut m&m's? haha. well, not much interest actually. but i dont mind.

jo and me met so many people today!! it was all planned anyway. today's fruitful lar! met jo for a meal (breakfast cum lunch), huiru came along but so sad, didnt shpd her cos had to follow up on a nb. oh yeah. there's a COMMONWEALTH CONVERT last sat!! she has a twin sister as well. so cool lar. goos seed man. ahha. so blessed!!! i'll be attached to IRAS for attachment! 26 feb to 11 aug. means i didnt get into URA! and so, i'm going to calculate property tax for 6 months. HAHA.

though its a bit sad, cos my PVL's really weak... but its alright! saw the list of students going for attachment. 9 to 10 people are sent to IRAS while there's only 2 sent to URA.

meaning, there's a greater chance for me to get to know students from the other level (they'll most probably be my final sem classmates) and more people to identify with me? and sow? its alright! God must have a plan for this. or maybe i'll die at URA doing the master plan?

anyway, cos of this attachment, i'll be changing class! oh, not just that, i'll be changing lecturemates as well. a total change. from level A to B. and sem 2 i'll be crashing 9 modules instead of the usual 7..

it'll really be a great change. wont see huisi and shumei often, and wont see janice at all. hmm, well. at least there's christine, aaron and calvin.. my only 3 frens in the level who are going for attachment with me..

pls help me pray that i dun have to work on sats! cos i've checked the webby and opening hours are 8 to 5 on weekdays and 8 to 1pm on sats. God! i wanna go service!! and what about singing??!!

went nerc for cls valentines night ytd, which is supposed to be romantic and fun.. but we all got sweaty and smelly! and violent!!!!! cos of joyce tan!!! argh.. haha. played panic and heart attack. i nearly died cos of ms joyce tan. hais. i have so many witnesses. ask ting, zinc, eelee, dewen, christine, jess.. hah. i have many many many witnesses for joyce's attemptS to kill me. pls read this properly, it's attemptSSSSSS!!!!!

i was tempted, psycho-ed and self psycho-ed into staying at ting's with joyce. *poor me. HAHA. went for supper at boon lay with luke, aaron, jo and gordon. its really fun.. and we walked a long long long (ONE HOUR) journey back to ting's place.

chionged youtube whole night, or should i say whole day.. till about 7am. and guess?! joyce was awake the whole night!! thats the first miracle.. and an even shocking one.. TING WAS CRAVING TO GO KBOX! i was so stunned. thought she was possessed man. lol.

anyway, went ura for interview today. my lecturemates were all so nervous. there were only 5 of us. weird to see everyone in formal office wear. haha. we thought there'll be questions on master plan and urban planning.. however, they asked us about our ambition etc. i didnt know what to answer him so i just crapped and said i wanna be a real estate agent.. they even asked aaron about his hometown in myanmar!! lol.

my interview is super fast! less than 5 mins.. my interview's aways like tht. the one in sch was 20 mins while everyone else's was 10 to 15 mins. now most of them were 5 to 10 mins but mine's less than 5! lol. its okay! lets see if i'll be working there or novena. haha.

yay. im excited for this one month! many things to do but so exciting! planned my feb and the discipleship plan!! yay!! im looking forward to more shpds in this mth!

holiday's really great. nothing much for me to do. and this is so ENJOYABLE. dun envy me k.. cos if i dun enjoy it now, i wont have the chance to do so in the next 6 months! so come on, more more drama serials!!! oh man, i love joyce and huisi! borrowed huisi's hard disk to get all the shows from joyce! love it man!

im going for attachment real soon! 26 feb.. it came as a shock! i had to decide if i want it within 2 hours.. after much thinking, i've decided to give it a try! have to go thru another interview to choose between URA and IRAS.. i'll be like a xiao da ren in the working society for 6 months!

but the good thing is that i can shop!! clothes and shoes for work.. hoho. gain new experience..

wahaha. THIS means NO 2 months holis this feb! only a few weeks.. but its okay! must start planning how to maximise this PRECIOUS month. and prepare myself for it.

and one good thing, i'll start to save up my pay to go for missions trip after attacment or next year perhaps. =D

hohoho. i was right to say that i can't sleep if i can't finish the video yesterday..

i was supposed to wake up at 7am to bathe.. but guess wad? i slept at 5am and woke up at 1247pm!!!! wahhh. super pig lar. was so stunned when i saw the time. oh gosh. so no school for me today. lesson would have ended when i reach there.

eyes really hurt now. have been doing touch ups on the video for the whole afternoon.. adding effects and stuff. woo~~ uploading on youtube is so slow!! photobucket's faster.

Looking back to the year of 2006, it has really been a very exciting and fruitful year.

what i remember about 2006:
- passion month; lots of conversions. remembered my first tym sharing testimony on nexus stage!
- lots of restructuring.. =D
- first tym under a guy leader. haha.
- first tym taking care of 2 cgs! come, northwest D!!! come!!
- found my lovely frens =)
- grew closer with singers. song pres, breakthru!
- new perspective in studies!
- fruitful period before christmas (7 out of 10 nbs are going for sat's svc! ptl)
- new growth and revival in the unit within a few mths
- grew closer with dajie n wendy- closer with my classmates as well! finally!!
- same unit as wendy! sisters serving in same unit! *fun =)

wow. indeed, its a fruitful year. i enjoyed 2005 greatly, first tym been a Cl etc.. and i enjoyed 2006 even more! more to come, haha.

Thanksgiving points:

had nbcg. prata cg! (yanming's genius idea =D) fun, fun! cooked lots of prata, had prata decoration competition, gifts exchange, games, teaching, praise..

though the programme's not very extraordinary, i thought it was really fun. a great improvement from last week's. in fact, i myself enjoyed very much. 3 cgs combined, not a lot of pl but den it was great fun.

wads challenging is that i had to teach and talk in 2 languages! saying in english and den translate to chinese for every sentence. cos there's ppl who cant understand chinese, and one, english.
wow. but its really fun! i can be a translator!

went cg visitation after that. christina was really touched! she's really a blessing. sec 1 cv frm huayi sec.

visited jolene cos she was sick.. poor girl. but we ga-poked all her ferrero rochors! haha. and painted my nails at her hse. so fun!

i guess what i really enjoyed is the company of the people. haven spent much time with eeleng, trisha, shuting, huiru since our cg in the past, which is abt 3 mths back. they are the people who made me feel so wah-ed. i really enjoyed! esp with wendy, jo n ym ard. =D

one thing that God spoke to me big time was giving my 100%! i gave my 100% for my wednesday paper, and God blessed me with an easy one!

=) went escape with classmates. play and sow.

=( we queued happily for our first ride, when its going to be out turn next, and it RAINED SO HEAVILY! we waited for 2 hours before our first ride.

=/ every ride that we queued, it always stop when its our turn. meaning we have to wait for the next one.

good thing; we'll have the best seats!
sad thing; wait, wait, wait.. and it always drizzle just when we were the first at the queue.

hoho. so glad that people's lives are changed by the camp!

linda's grandpa was admitted to the hospital on the last night of camp due to heart attack, we prayed for him and he was discharged today!!!!! isn't that cool!!!!!!! =DD God works wonders!

am so refreshed and renewed by God. God brought back to focus on him and to give my total best to him, not easily distracted. these few days are just so awesome. i love the corporate prayermeet and the entire saturday. though it's a long day, God kept speaking to me!

yea! managed to finish all my homework due for the week. so satisfied. =D

now that i've changed a new blogskin, Jency is back in blogging! got more motivation hahaha.

oh i enjoyed sch loads today! i'm beginning to like sch more and more. lol. weird isnt it? but nope, its the attitude! yay! cos im determined to do well this sem. so obviously i have to enjoy. and i really do!

went for entrepeneurship class today. was looking forward to know my classmates. cos my goal is to bring 2 poly frens for xmas service! i asked God to reveal to me who to work on. esp if there are my previous module classmates. and yea, there are! haha. so i can work on her! on my way... hohoho.

so blessed, have a really nice and slack teacher. she came in telling us that this is the only module that we can talk as much as we want! and there is no taught content at all!!!!! yayness. meaning no lectures and books! haha. and i do enjoy my classmates. really fun and funny people. the teacher's good man. she led an ice-breaker and i can remember all the names of my 16 classmates now. isnt tat cool? haha.

alright! another 10000 years from my previous post! yay!

How's first day at school today? as for me................. i thought it was great!!!! i was really looking forward to today! kinda missed my classmates, haven seen them for the past 7 weeks yea. my frens are cool man! huisi plainted her hair in Bali and calvin's hairstyle changed again. from kim-mo to qi-long-zhu! woo~ just so fun to catch up with them.

obviously, lecturers din teach anything today! they din even expect us to have the books la. so, yup. so they told us their expectations all over again. and yes! huisi and i are determined to get at least a 3 for GPA this sem, no matter what!!!!

oh yea. and my clique got stranded!! everyone's in 02 except my clique! kana kicked to 03 one week ago. but i thought it wasn't a bad idea! cos can know the others..

do you know that in poly, its possible not to greet one another even though you're in the same lecture for 3 years??!!!!! (and there are only 50+ ppl in a lecture!)

we had 3 hours of break today! the girls gang proceeded to pizza hut for lunch! calvin abandoned us.. oh yea, can you believe we took cab to and fro from NP to Bt Timah Plaza everytime?
precisely cos its very near. and so cab fare's quite cheap! but again, bcos its so near, so we shld exercise out legs first b4 exercising our mouths yea?

yep. our expenses are really high! well well. i tink it all goes down to LAZINESS!!

and, HOW LOVELY IS THE INVENTION OF THUMBDRIVES!!! Do you know who invented thumbdrives????????

woah.. it's been 87536221 years since i last blogged i think. yup. we had restructuring again! haha. currently leading a new caregroup. and i really enjoyed it! the people are so young, like me! hmm, sometimes blogging seems weird, i wonder if im talking to myself... well, back to the point! i enjoyed spending time with my girls. they are so fun to be with! with all that desire for God.. woo~ loads of potential man.. hahha! yay! and i do miss the jurong gals! hehe. i love you all too! =)

had our FIRST prayermeet at kaien's place. it was really fun and FUNNY! thanks to aaron la. the usual joker. we even laughed while praying for the 'n' and 'o' level people. really thank God for such a chance. an opportunity for us to start anew. starting afresh in our life and ministry. God promises us new growth! =)

oh yea. i shared something about specific prayer during prayermeet! (dajie told me this) its so cool, so i must share it here!

Pastor Cho yonggi (a pastor in korea) started off the korea church with nothing. he lived in a 1 room flat with NOTHING in it. he prayed and asked God for 4 things; a table, chair, bicycle and something else which i really cant recall. he prayed and asked God for 6 mths and none of the things came.

one day, he asked God, 'God, where is my table, chair, ____ and bicycle?!'

den he heard a voice. 'I've heard your prayers half a year ago. But u didnt order it! What kind of chair do u want?'

he began to be specific. He asked God for a chair made of philippine wood, of a certain height and shape etc; a bicycle made in usa cos more durable or sth like tat. basically, he was vrey detailed! and the 4 things came!

yup, so powerful rite! the pastor's so meng. he aims to pray 3 hours a day! oh, i got to know all these through an article my dajie gave. hmm, u can search for 'pastor cho yonggi teachings' onlin i think. if u really wan, i can email you. =) it's just very cool. i was very inspired when he mentioned that satan is not moved when we read the bible, he is not moved when you go service, the only thing he is scared of is...... PRAYER! you can do everything, but he just don't want you to pray. He doesn't want you to have access into the spiritual realm!!

yes. im convicted that we should not just read the bible alone! learn from other resources.. im so blessed, so many resources lying around on dajie's table.. i grabbed a lot already.. hohoho. =)

Went for a stayover with joyce at ting’s place ytd for our birthday celebration! 3 in 1! Save money hahahaha. Had a great time with them. I love the long chat at the playground. And we were so sinful! Ate lots of chocolate!! Chocolate cake, chocolates, choco cookies etc. Crazy man. I was so bloated. We practically talked about everything under the sun. haha. So enjoyable! Love u gals =)

Yeah I’m looking forward to our date with shuz! She jio-ed us out for dinner.. And we’re watching movie with jerel for his bdae celebration. So many birthdays this month huh.

Oh yeah. Really thank God for all you guys who celebrated birthday with me! I had a great time! Enjoyed lots with my cg. Their surprise was really a success! So sweet! We played block catching and i was busy thinking that I’m so intelligent to hide in the place that no one could find me. Was feeling so good when I took the lift down.. As I walked out of the lift, they sang me a birthday song with a cake! Haha. So touched. Haha.

And the “surprise” from my ex-sheep (HAHAHA), i had an impromptu ex-wa1 alumni! (cos it was so so long ago).. You guys found the wrong actress la.. ms wendy tan is so fake. Ahha. Huiling, cindy, Jolene and phoebe came all the way to bugis to find me! Cos wendy n me were shopping there. Oh yes, and thanks meimei! So lang man shopping with wendy.. haha

Yes, and I love the dinner with dewen, jolene they all and the treat frm eelee. Fun fun. I enjoyed a lot and I appreciate it Thank you. And everyone la, okay! Thanks singers too!! Feel so loved haha. Yup, so that’s my 18th birthday. Haha. =)

God! u promised that fruitfulness is my birthright! u've given us converts.. so, here i go!

1. God i pray for echo to call me b4 12am tonite so that qiulian n me can meet her up to answer her qns and lead her in saying sinners prayer.. and have a great time of followup and fellowship! =) and God, u will soften her heart tat she would come to svc n students' day party with francisca! and god use her to starburst greatly and that echo will be the strat of an international cg and even, a unit! =)

2. God i pray for Annabel. thanks so much tat she's responsive and at leas i can get to contact her.. God i pray that u will use her to be the one who will impact Jurongville sec! the one who will be the leader of the group and bring amabel and cindy for svc and to be retained! God i pray that she will persuade cindy and amabel for svc n students' day party and that they will be retained when they enjoy the feloowship.. God i thank you for the twins tat are hungry for the word.. can see that they are eager and curious, duno whetherits bcos their eyes are big or wad, but i think their eyes do sparkle when i speak to them about the word. amen! =)

3. and amabel. God i thank you tat she's the one who's most responsive and sanguine and helped in the 3 of them receiving you. God, please make something happen that she will reply my sms and answer my calls! God i really wana invite them down for svc!!! take away any hinderances that will ostruct them frm coming svc.. any cca times, cancl it, if not make it end early no matter wad. end it by 11am so that they can come 1st svc.. or at ;east they can come 2nd svc.. wadever, but just make a way for them 2 come! any concerts, arhh! no way, God, help them make right decision.. that no matter wad events the have they will make time for svc! amen!

3. god i pray for cindy to be responsive to ur word. help her be hungry. help her come!! make aw ay for her to come svc!!!! soften her parents heart oh lord!!! its holidays leh!!! ahh!!!!!

4. God i pray for shayna and pearl. that tmr when qiu n huiru go find shayna, she will be responsive n deire 2 come svc. she'll be attracted by the love and care.. god i pray that they will be able to find pearl, and have a wonderful time of follow up!

5. God i pray for suyue, vionna tat they will hunger for ur word.. that they will want spiritual food.. God make a way please!! that they will wana come svc even though they may hav events on sat.. =)

6. God i pray for amy and peisin will grow. that they will not be dependent on each other's decisions. God i pray that we'll be able to connect them to us, especially amy! that they will starburst and fuhua will grow! amen, sharon? haha =)

7. God i pray that jiaying, regina, shuting, crystal will make a decision to come svc!! God make a way! amen! =)

first time ever

this post was supposed to be published on monday (i saved it in microsoft word). though it came late, i still must share!!!!

oh God. my goodness. i experienced something really powerful just now. i prophesied! i was so super stunned.

wendy and i were having prayermeeting. she prophesied over me, she saw a picture and God gave me the interpretation. God assured me of the breakthrough that is coming.. the breakthrough that i never ever experienced in my whole christian walk. NEVER. and im just so awed by God!

then i asked God.. 'Give me a prophecy over wendy..' bcos i really wanna God to use me to speak to her..

And then a lot of scenes flashed through my mind.. i started to see many things, many people.. God showed me many scenes.. And then i saw a verse. for a particular person. i was very hesitant.. so i asked God.. 'God, are you sure its from u? or is it bcos i wanted too much to prophesy that it came from me?' i kept praying.. and den i dozed off accidentally. haha. suddenly i awoke. and den i asked wendy, 'how do u noe if something is from God?' she told me its sudden. suddenly u see pictures.. u see something that suddenly goes through ur mind..

so i told her i saw something. and a verse for someone. she encouraged me, to take the faith bcos we never know where the spirit leads. it might be an important thing to that person. so i messaged the person. and waited for a reply.. bcos i was quite doubtful, i've never prophesied before.. the reply came. and Yes, it was from God. oh my goodness. i teared after that. i felt so sorry for doubting God.. but i was really glad that i obeyed; though it was a bit late.

Just so amazed by God.. how he can turn situations around.. how he make miracles happen, how he used every single one of us who are so ordinary, to do his work.

Thank you God. its really a privilege to serve you. i love you father. =)

And for my own good, i shall blog down all my application points so that i'll remember them.

1. Faith. To have a breakthrough in my faith in God. To trust him and obey when he prompts me.
2. Breakthrough in dependence on God. my prayer life. Only then, will my group soar with wings and fly. Grow and burst like never before.
3. A spirit-led leader. This is what God assured me. That he will guide and lead me to becoming one.

I'll never forget that pairs of wings that you are giving me. One day, i'll just soar and fly. =)

Thank you God!!!! Thank you Holy Spirit!!!!

heys! hahaha. just feel so happy, so refreshed. so new and forgiven by God. i've experienced God's grace a lot these few days.

while reflecting upon my life, repenting of my sins, thinking thru and looking back at the past.. im just so awed by God. His grace upon me.. the grace that i dun deserve by my actions, speech, motives, excuses tat i give and etc, a lot more. i just feel like wow. Thank you God, tats all i can say.

learnt many new truths and pondered over some questions raised at da vinci code seminar. the Q&A session was really great. convicted me more about the truth and made me wana learn more abt history.

i wana set aside time on thurs to research and it. i pray that i'll learn lots more with my own initiative (for the first time) ; feeding myself. (with the truth, of cuz) =p

back to the point. so refreshed by wam vision nite! the p&w and sharing. p&w made me feel so joyful. felt so free bcos of God's grace. and i wanan walk by faith! during worship, God spoke to me about reliance. reliance on him; that he must be first tat i look to. and the person sharing was indeed anionted. wow-ed by the things he said.

and a lot of things dawned upon me.

- God is pleased when i strive to be who i really am; that is to be like him. the effort i put in to try.

- a lot of things are unseen. but God knows and i know. thats enough. God is still with me no matter what things i did wrong/ wad mistakes i commit.

- love. its about giving. the profound love of God that no one understands. why man are so possessive of their loved one, yet so freely and joyfully wana share jesus (their beloved one) to others and not feel a single gist of jealousy.

- sharing credit with God. telling god, ' yay! we did it together!'

- caring for ppl frm our hearts. deep concern even abt health etc. nt just my ppl, but i wana be concerned abt the singers too! =p

- start your day with Jesus! why always do QT and pray at night and ended up just to repent of your regrets for nt having a fruitful day? start your day right!

these brought me back to the basic foundation. love.
why does God loves me? How does he love me? How do i glorify him?

yes~! i have victory in christ, not in my own strength..

God i dun wana rely on myself anymore. its just so easy for man to depend on our own strength. we are just so vulnerable to fall. BUT with YOU, we shall have victory! and i shall claim it!

oh God! im so elated!!!

God spoke to me so vividly today during exploring God seminar worship time. wow. just so.. wah. i duno how to describe man. its indescribable! if i were to choose a word, i'll use amazing! the prophesy came so clear. like a big BOOM to my heart. yes. feeling so ministered and refreshed, after seeking for 3 days. finally, it came! hahah. renewal! =)

so convicted that its not a coincidence tat i went for the seminar. His word is so.. wow! haha.

there's an activity tat requires us to draw 2 pictures. firstly, draw a pic about me and God. secondly, a pic of God n me after i've done something wrong..

God, i've been worried about the nbs in my cg. saddened by the retention rate and progress of their growth. But God, thank you so much for the 4 nbs that are more connected to us! may u help them to grow in u more and empower my ppl to retain them!

went for west tuition today. i wasn't there to tutor, neither to learn, nor to earn money. i was the DM(disciplinary mistress)!!

my role was to:
1. collect money
2. take attendance
3. tell pple to shut up and study
4. be the kopi-mei. haha.

easy rite? ended up i din do much there. quite wasted. the only thing i did was QT! but well, enjoyed the fellowship with them. with the tutors too! =)

im hungry. its 9pm and im still waiting for my parents to come home cos they're buying dinner for me! im not ALWAYS hungry okay. its just nature's call. i mean the growling of the stomach.

God. help my pple to have sense of urgency to study hard! give them wisdom and super good pentium 2000 memory power to meomrise wad they need to!!!!

i really believe, its a must to study hard! if you serve God so hard but flunge ur studies, u might as well not serve God!!!! arghhh.. aiyo.. God, really need your intervention in this!

wah. really so happy today!!! to summarise, i wana thank God for 2 things.

1. i wanna thank God for sharon! really. she's such a changed person. (i can see duno how many heads nodding.) haha. not gossipping here, anyway sharon will read my blog, rite sharon? =p

yups. sharon used to be such a attitude person right? hahaha. sort of lar. u will noe if u noe her. but now she's so changed by God. used to be a fringe christian, now she serves God real hard. i remember 1 month ago, i met her up to talk abt committment. she wasn't very keen. b ut that sat, she told me she thought about it and wans to commit n serve God! and she kept her promise. and she's keeping it still. =)

now she's a follow upper of 2! almost everyday she will call me or chat on msn to tell me she cant contact her newbs or tell me their response after their meet-up. she always update me about them. can see that she's really so desperate to wan them to be retained. =)

just now, we were screaming together! cos we can meet up a newb tmr for lunch, the other on thurs and both of them most prob coming for metamorphosis!!! yay thx God.

yes sharon! ur desire to be a shepherd is nearing.... =p

2. God spoke to me today! so happy. i asked God to speak to me today when doing QT and i saw God's promise.

"9 I am concerned for you and will look on you with favor; you will be plowed and sown, 10 and I will multiply the number of people upon you, even the whole house of Israel. God's promise for me to be fruitful. God, i really thank you for this. have been hearing lots about wad pple spoke to them. so i was like, argh. when's my turn! God speak to me, i wana be like samuel. i wana listen. and this came.

not just that. was preparing shepherding lesson. came across this.

private victory leads to public victory.

ya lor! if there's no private victories in our lives everyday, how to have public victory in the cg? how to grow in quality if no breakthrus in our lives everyday?

yes. christian life got to be exciting!!! not just a saturday thing, but new insights frm God daily!

its getting late n im feeling tired. but im still excited! my cg has 5 converts just in 5 days.. amazing.

i had a convert frm nanyang girls on sunday, as i mentioned before, she's open n responsive! other west cgs have converts too. and on tuesday, i was thinking, wah. almost every cg in west have at least 1 convert.. den where's mine??? i mean one frm my own pioneering sch. wah!!! really felt so sad. i was asking God to help me, i mean how can it be?! its the same God! and if he can work in other cgs, why cant he work in mine??? and i prayed to ask God for 100% faith. cos i know i was a bit discouraged, losing faith cos i haven see the results.

i emailed and told eelee abt this. and she smsed on wed, that she prayed that it would be a fruitful day for my group when we share christ. i was really convicted tat fruits are coming.
went for my cg, to watch passion of christ with visitors and den share christ. 2 came and they received God after much explanation and persuasion!! yes, they are very responsive when my gals follow up on them todae!! another thing, i told my gals dun come cg if u dun have visitors, go share christ! yes, and we had another 2 converts!

on wed itsef, we had 4 jurong sec 1 converts!! sometimes i really wonder if God is testing my cg's dependence n trust in him. when we focused on jurong, no fruits. but now, he gave us 4 jurong sec converts after a long 6 months of fruitless-ness!!!!

1 isnt really sure right now.. so i consider tat we have 5 converts in total!

praise God! we hit our conversion goal of 5! and 1 new believer is confirmed comin svc! praise God!! tmr. we will continue chiong-ing for our last shot!! help us amen!

off to regain energy! ( by slping, nt eating!)

din feel well for the past few days cos of stomach flu. but wow. its a great learning too. about faith and reliance on God. not just saying and telling God that i have faith but doing out in actions. felt terrible on sat just b4 svc.. but God healed me just at that instant. =)

jency's not all about food. haha. going to gym for cg later, isn't that cool!! but my stomach's still feeling a bit suan.. well.. its still cool. cos i'l meet my alpha pple after cg to discuss abt our plans towards our end march goal of 16!! active patience for God's perfect timing and blessings!!!

cooked lots today.. so fun.. i made chicken salad for dewen's farewell and dumplings for cindy.. met cindy and debbie outside their sch.. i got 2 great supporters for my dumplings.. maybe i can consider opening a jency dumpling shop.. haha.

had a ridiculous farewell. i mean the programme. we had a performance for him. sang you are my sunshine and did lots of stupid stuff. quite enjoyable.. enjoyed their company. went to a cafe after that cos dun feel like going hm. had baked cheesecake with fresh strawberries and strawberry ice cream at 10pm! how sad.. its not nice lah.. and its so fattening.. argh.

tingz sent me so many songs.. jay chou, mayday etc. jia gei wo by du de wei is so nice!! wah.. it'll be my fav song for the next few days or weeks i guess.. den i'll find another song haha. but i find that the campussuperstar guy sing even nicer than du de wei.. haha..

haha. wad a way to start a post. anyway, i baked chcolate chip cookies just now!! sadded.. its a bit chao ta cos i put in the oven for too long.. thinking that they would be golden brown!!! but it turned out chcolatey brown. ard 6 were burnt lah. meaning BLACK. thx God i din buy double chco. i wouldnt be able to tell the difference then! haha.

think im a bit retarded in blogging but well.

2 days again it was valentine's day!! i had a great time shopping!!! hahaha. had fun at sch cos its only a few hours of lecture. but den we had a picnic in the lecture hall.. (which is so common in my class.. lol) can you imagine?! its just 2 hours of lecture and we bought sushi, ramly burger, lays chips, buns and takopachi.. yes we really eat a lot. but i ate lesser compared to the past.. im serious okay!! come on, trust me!!

well, after tat went wisma to meet my poly fren, grace for sow.. ate and shopped but i din manage to buy anything. met up tingz after that. it was sort of unplanned. we went bugis and bought lots of things!!! we bought 4 shirts each.. and i bought a bag, a pair of slippers, a pair of earrings.. things there are so cheap!!! wahaha. and its so fun! unknowingly, we found a way to get the shopowners to sell us at a lower price.. just stand there, dun look very interested in that product and den hesitate whether you should buy... tha auntie/uncle will automatically offer you a lower price.. haha.. oh no, we're becoming so aunty.... cannot!!

with lots of girlfriends and shopping, who needs boyfriends? wahaha.

eelee came down to jurong sec for prayerwalk with my gals today. i tot it really envisioned my gals. praying hard for that 1 good seed!! went shopping again after tat.. i bought a 3/4 pants ytd. i've spent abt 100 bucks as of now. oh my goodness!!! and i nearly bought 2 lycra just now.. but i really like the blueish green one..

arranged all my clothes just now. my wardrobe is so super nice!!! arranged them according to their colours.. so colourful!!! im so choosy... there are lots tat i wont wear out.. too ugly or too small or too short... blah..

okay, i've got lots of things to do now. though its already 1.58am. wow. im so naggy, bye!

wah God!!! im really so glad that my pple are working towards our goal of 16!! everyone in alpha team are working so hard for this goal. know that my people are really in it with me!! and im so thankful for that!! Really sense their desperation in finding contacts!! some even commented that its the first time she ever worked so hard to find contacts!!!

Im very sure that fruits will come!! God, how can fruits not come in right!! You promised to give. so we'll trust in you with all our heart, trust you to make miracles that we'll see it come to pass.. 14 more to our end march goal.. God assured me over and over again about it. i seriously dun believe that we cant do it.. there's no way man!!! Alrite man!!! we're not giving up til the last min.. if guys and west b can hit and even break their goal respectively, why cant we!!!!! its impossible!!!

i've been rotting since yesterday.

woke up at 1130am, rushed to eat a bit of breakfast and then flew to lot 1 to buy minced meat to make my speciality- wanton. (as if!) dajie asked me to rent 4 vcds to prepare for the rotting times. wah.. i caused 3 vcds to commit suicide.. oh my clumsy hands. and i spent about 30-45 mins just to choose 4 vcds..

we had reunion dinner at like 4.30pm?? haha. cos all of us din eat lunch. oh yes, and den we watched tv.. thank God at least there's movies on tv!!

new year is really rotting time for me. and my family. dajie, wendy and my dad are taking naps now.. and today's the first day of new year.. wow. i've got lots of vcds to watch.. scrapped princess, DN angel, ms congeniality 2 (doesn't seem as nice as the first one), cheaper by the dozen and the perfect man. hehehe... shuang.. and tonite 7pm got andy lau's show and 9pm got zhao wei's show.. im so so updated!!

though its new year cannot forget about spending time with God!! i have to make it a point to read the bible and pray first before i watch.. if not, i'll be so tired and mis-prioritize. hmm, i should read some christian books too....

and yeah, spring cleaning!!! i haven clean anything at all!!! my floor's dirty and im really lazy cos i bathe already!! and u noe, its NEW YEAR?!

i always see her.
she live on the same storey as me.
i saw her lots of times at the bus stop.

at the bus interchange, my heart was pumping real fast.
she was standing beside me.

first and foremost, a PASSION FOR HIM before anything else. even before having a passion to win jurong for him.
really so glad that God spoke to me so clearly; continously. I was thinking it through and i feel so burdened by it for a week. However, God spoke to me in lots of events.; west prayermeet, sat services, clm etc. Just so awed by him. 1 thing i realise i need to do is to ASK. For God says ask and you will receive. Its bcos i din asked. But now i noe. thank you God!!!

oh yes. time's so packed from tmr onwards. no time to meet all my sheep. im meeting jas n joyce. but im looking forward to it. anyway i tried dajie's dress, so nice! i've bought so many things this month. 2 tees, a pair of ladies shoes, heels, jeans. and i trimmed my hair! finally, no more pong pong hair. hahaha.

had a longggg day of school today. 4 hours of lecture in a row. but the kind teacher let us off 45mins earlier. haha. meaning a 2 hrs 45 mins break. went to king albert park mac for lunch and den shopped in cold storage cos we've got too much time to spare. ate super a lot! im seriously going to gain weight fast. eat sleep sit. arghh. had 2hrs of internet web design. theory somemore. a bit weird la.. we learnt about history of internet, wad can we do with it etc..

went hm for dinner and shepherded huiling. so zi tong sheep.. she come my house for shepherding.. so touched! haha. reali thank God tata she live so near me.. my sch hours are reali bad!!!! its just enuf time for me to meet all 4 sheep. praise God! =)

finally i can post!!!! aiyo.. mood gone liao haha. din do much this week..

went for class chalet on tues and stayed over. supposed to be class chalet ended up got other courses pple and even nyp pple. culture shock. wah.. a lot of them smoke. and they smoked A LOT.. buah tahan, really stinks..

a bit extra when i first reached there, they brought frens along!! and i din noe can bring la. nvm haha. make frens.. wanted to cycle but den it rained. so we played number game a while den had bbq. i was cooking most of the time. nt bad. the food was COOKED, nt raw!!! dun xiao can me, cindy and huiling! haha..

we din sleep at all.. can you imagine playing number game for 5 hours?!! 2am til 7am.. first time i din fall asleep haha.. play frm tian hei to tian liang.. a bit draggy.. but i wasn't sleepy leh.. till 8am the gals went to sleep.. the others went for breakfast without us.. den checked out and went for lunch at white sands.. so sad leh.. there's an nyp gal who live in yew tee.. den she going hm also, wanted to take bus den she asked me if i want.. i tot its too long so i went to take mrt.. aiya.. regretted.. nvm..

realised that high sch is really very different from poly. the things they do in chalet all these, all different. esp from hope. this chalet compared to west chalet, its so different!! west chalet is so much more fun than this obviously.. haha.. class one nt bad but a bit draggy and boring..

the feeling's so so different. noe wad? i was so looking forward to going home when checking out frm class chalet, but den west chalet.. i dun even feel like going home!!!!!!!! haha.. west chalet's filled up with lots of programmes, games, fun etc.. oh no.. im so looking forward to it!!!!! eelee, are you reading this!!!!! i wana propose a west chalet in dec!!!!!!! =)

i really really love today's sermon. it's really like a boom to me!

i can really identify when pastor jeff said about feeling that there's a barrier from getting closer to God. its like i feel something, but dunno wad's wrong and i don't bother to take time to find out wad it is. sorry God. but im really grateful. grateful to God that he gave me a second chance.. and i'm even more thankful that he revealed to me those barriers.. Praise God!

as you can see, im real bored. actually, i'm not. erms. shall nt attempt to defend myself.

anyways, yay. i've did lots of things this week! not bad, considering first week holidays only. just that i haven play hard enough. as in, i wanna shop, go suntan at sentosa, go escape with wendy, go east coast etc etc!! well, 5 more weeks to do so.

yay, 2 more weeks! i can then go shopping/eat/suntan/go church office watch tape with the n level people!!! huiling, yuqian, siyee etc! cool!!!!!!

back to my point. i did lots of planning this week and started with new stuffs! including planning west cg, evaluation of my cg, cg demo, chat with hongkoon, and had a great time with my sheeps [ they asked me what i think abt them as a sheep, so woah rite?! ].. not bad ma!! =)

haha! and i'll emphasize again!! west cg is going to be so cool lars!! so mega.. woah! really looking forward to it!! now i have to think, how am i going to prepare food for 50 people??? haha. jesus!!! well well. there'll be a way! though there's lots of planning and things to do, i reali enjoy it!! so fun can. haha. yups, and im sure these will bless the westlanders including myself.

01. last sun - a very "surprising" surprise.. my sheeps wana bluff me.. haha. but sorry la, im too bright!! oh the durians puffs were great man! [ tingz so envious of my gals lovingness towards me haha ]

02. wed during cg! its a TOTAL SABOTAGE CAREGROUP!!!! took lots of pics!! they are evidence of how 7 people bullied me!!!! haha.. i enjoyed the shoes- smelling game although i kana. and the colgate and glitter sabotage was really very very surprising!!!! din noe my people can be so cunning!!! esp cindy and phoebe!!!! horrible!!!! haha. 03. thurs- went pizza hut with classmates. eat, talk, play. den went esplanade with hannah, cindy, jolene and phoebe. ate and shopped at suntec. and we discovered something at giordano!!!! cindy's sec sch and pheobe's pri sch principals are husband and wife!!!!! we luffed like mad. haha. so qiao!!

04. sat- went esplanade again. so cool man!!! haha. first time had such a unique, exciting and fun time with sdmm!!! ate loads of food as usual cos got me, shared our fears, saddest moments, played childhood games etc.. really cool! haha. love my sdmm! thank you so much!!!!

i really appreciate every single one of you in my life!!!! my cg, sheeps, sdmm, frens.. wow!! thank you!!!! i'll work hard for my bdae wishes too! wana guess wad are they? hehe. =)

yay. had UL retreat yesterday! enjoyed myself although it seems really scary at the start. i was like hiding at the first game!! so scraed la. haha. but the second game was really fun. shooting at the tower is the best man! haha. sharlene kept kana by me!! she said i shot like 3 rounds at once! hahahahahah. so fun man! went for dinner with the ULs, took neoprints and had a great time chatting. never had such an experience before! got to know some of them better. =)

had great time again today wahaha. really love my people! we had evaluation on sat for ard 30mins and i asked them about outreach..

i said: " i have nothing more to say le. do u get my point? are you going to work?"

and they fixed evax day on their own accord!! and i just went along today! so cool!! wow!! i really thank God for all of you!!!! cindy, huiling, phoebe, jolene!!! all of you are really very teachable people!!!! im sure God will use all of you greatly!!! =) den they came my house. watched HELLO KITTY VCD (lol) till very sian.. after a few hours den duno why we decided on something super cool!!!!

all my sheeps will shepherd one another next week!!!!! haha.. cindy and phoebe are so scared to shepherd huiling like she's a monster like tat.. haha. but the courageous jolene took up the challenge! haha! as u noe.. phoebe and cindy are the noisy type ma.. haha.. so what i will do next week is to spot check on them, whther they got teach false teaching a not.. hahaha. no la.. they can learn frm one another ma.. so cool lor! den i shall shepherd my grandsheep and see how my sheep shepherd their sheep!!

haha.. had a cool cool day! my neck's really very suan now.. got to sleep le.. tmr wen` and i have a date to go jogging.. scared i cant wake up early.. hahaha. okies. bye!

wow! this past week had been a really great one! i think my time spent was better than the previous week.. hehe. managed to meet up my core team, sow and even meet grace. cool ba. haha. =)

tis wk sch's going to be quite slack, i better study hard for test and exams. i want at least Bs.. help me God. den i'll enjoy my holidays. hopefully can catch with the grangsters!! reali miss jess, hong yoo, huang and kit! the girls gang.. so sad. all of us went different paths and din kip in contact for such a long time. guess everyone's really busy with sch.

anyway, i want to spend every week fruitfully!! help me God. i want to be disciplined to study and even during my holidays. sopend time wisely! make full use!

yups. im going to study with tingz and joyce they all at west mall mac later. so fun! love my sisters man!

really felt like blogging for the past few days. haha.

shall do some re-cap.

had so much fun yesterday.. went to east coast to eat and cycle with grace and cindy. grace, i really had a great time with you. cindy, thanks a lot for being there too. enjoyed ur presence though u're quite quiet. =) den went to see water bap. congrats to all you who died! i was like "happy funeral!" so surprised to see hongkoon there.. she's so excited for jesus! arh.. that's reali great!!

huiling went to see junyang at west mall there, den i was laming with grace n cindy.. wah. huiling must study hor, cannot lust!!! haha. thought of ka chiao-ing her.. tell her come water bap den cannot see junyang le haha. but i din la.. not so evil de.

went to centrepoint fish and co for jessie's farewell. so cool, i've never attended any ministry retreat or things like tat before. quite cool la.. we ate seafood platters!! quite ok only la haha. but i reali enjoy the lamings together! thx everyone esp baowei! =)

and i had a short, meaningful talk with wendy!! wahaha. xiao fei mei! fei rou yi da dui shared to me about her shepherding and sheeps etc.. she wana join singing ministry yesh!! so coolz man. i was suaning her.. erm.. u grow taller first?? hahahah. joking la.

wahaha. i seem to have lots of time tis wk.. but nt reali. plan timetable le den realise erm.. still nt bad la. only have 2hrs of sch today, tmr and thurs.. do u envy me? haha. gonna make it count. so glad! i'll be sowing on a fren tat i got to noe during orientation with huijing!! one stone kill 2 birds!

i've planned out my timetable for tis wk and i feel reali satisfied. haha. loads of things to do and i want to have a fruitful week! determined to do so. going to have seedmeet later and shepherd huiling. im reali so glad for huiling and cindy!! you two are reali evry precious to me!!

huiling: i noe u felt holy spirit prompt you to do even more for God!! just do it man!! come on, God will lead and God will bless!! no probs with that! you can do it! faith will actions, come on sis! =)

cindy: hey cindy, im reali glad to see ur post on blog! u're reali grown!! u're able to think for urself now.. and im reali glad u've made the right choice!! its tough but jesus will honour cos of wad u've did in e past, have done and is going to do in the future!! all for jesus, amen!!

i reali trust that the two of u can do it!! trust in God. God is so BIG, he will guide you through. THANK YOU SO MUCH GOD, FOR PUTTING THE 2 OF YOU IN MY LIFE! some things i've learnt, wana share:

1. hey ppl, kip urselves strong in God! esp ur walk with the Lord. we nv noe when probs and devil attacks will come!! be on ur guard though u may tink u're alrite now. =)

2. BIG problems will come when u wan to do more BIG things for God!
remember, problems are your prayers!!!! din u wan God to use u more?? tats why he bothers to give u problems if not he rather bo chap you!
BIG problems = BIG miracles

3. leaders are just ordinary human beings. they need encouragement, affirmation and appreciation as much as anyone else.

i wana appreciate all my leaders, cindy, huiling, phoebe, grace and jolene.. u all did really well!! i noe u all served God greatly.. continue 2 do so.. i reali thx God for putting all of u into my life.. u all are so important to me.. evry single one of you! though there may be problems or conflicts, we've all been thru it together ya? lets cont'd to go thru and overcome! im sure WEST D is coming.. cos there ARE problems now and we'll have more in e future.. =)

thx loads to my sdmm too!! esp tingz n joyce.. my very beloved sisters cum sheepmates! both of u have been so helpful and encouraging.. wana thx God for technology.. cos hp and msn had made it much, much easier for us to communicate! haha. thx for all e very helpful suggestions/ideas n encouragement..

had fun today.. went for sdmm at hemisphere and den shop at bugis!! shopping is fun! bought a shirt too. hehe. God, i got to learn to control.. be a good steward of my money and time. its very impt!! im not an owner, im just a manager of God's possessions. =) yes, its just so fun hanging around with sdmm pple again!! esp my sheepmates! *winks =)

i want to learn to be giving.. be thrifty with myself and generous towards others. *dun test me so fast by asking for a treat or drop me a hint ok! hahas.

to reach 13 is tough, reaching 18 is even tougher.

but i want to trust God.. it's really getting tough. but after this, things will change. i will grow, and my people will grow. problems are normal!! really!! no problems den die arh.. cos no problems no miracles! =) Thank God for all the problems now, at least we are normal! But as for now, God, help us to go through it with you!

cool right? =) it means that we are alive!! not spiritually dead! don't let ur spiritual self die.. keep strong in the Lord. persevere, have the energizer spirit! never say die! come on people, take care of your own life! if u are not strong, you are the one suffering, not your leaders!!! renew urself, renew ur heart and mind. Be grateful!! its really very impt.. a lot of times when we face problems we use God, 'Why me?'.. but when God blesses us, why can't we ask the same?!

Take time to thank God for all that he had placed in your life and what he has done for you. Be a grateful child of God. =)

i've told God that i want to be faithful. i want to plan my time well. especially this week. cos there are just so many things i need to do. study for tests, do projects, do assignments etc.

yes!! im having holidays next week!!! but have to study for 2 tests! haha. wadever, at least i have holidays.. wahaha. den the following 2 tests on mon and tues den the rest of the week is real holis!! woohoo~ envy me? haha.

sad la. always eat so much in school esp during breaks. my friends so diao.. like me.. hah. during the break[lecturer din say how long.. lol], they wana eat ice cream den we went to the canteen to buy chocolate, sweets, cookies, sushi and even salad!! haha. horrible lars. like that how to not prosper? =

anyway, thank God for giving me a grp of frens in poly.. cos they are not too fun-loving.. as in they dun go out togther so often.. tat way i wont be influenced or attracted to them so much.. if not i got to flee! haha.

had cg today, we watched ella enchanted and played card games at jing ting's hse. 6 hrs, haha. ahh, always so draggy. but i think all of us had fun. i know they did. =)

God, thank you so much for transforming ppls' lives.. i saw how you helped everyone of my cg ppl to change and grow. It might be some small thing, but im really very thankful. saw how my ppl handle their problems, how they encouraged one another to stand firm in the midst of problems, how they overcomed their problems and etc.

Thank you God. I used to think why some ppl are so consistent in updating their blog, but i realised that blogging can help us to count our blessings everyday and be grateful to God for everything.

back to after cg, sat down ourside mac to snack and chat with cindy, grace and jolene. talked about personalities and some other thing, found out more and im really glad that jolene shared her life to us.. i got to noe a bit more abt her. same for cindy and grace, you guys are really very good-hearted and supportive sheeps!!!! i love all of you!!!!!! really enjoyed the times i spent with you all.. and huiling!! dun be discouraged!! i noe u love your sheeps!!
